We specialise in skills development within the advertising industry, focusing on account management. We help up-skill from account executive, to account director level. We also offer skills development within the marketing division of corporates, focusing on project managers and how best to work within an agency.

The company was created by Lynn Miller and Tracy McCoy in late 2014. Both Tracy and Lynn have been working in the industry collectively for more than 30 years, and have worked across a myriad of brands and disciplines within the advertising and marketing industries. Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her time in the advertising and branding arena, whilst Lynn brings a point of view from her experience on the client side.

Our unique approach looks at the power of collaboration and collective ownership, delivering on a true agency/client relationship. At Miller&McCoy, we have the opportunity to experience and understand the challenges of both parties and how best to effectively bring them together.
